How we collect, use, protect, and share personal information — and the rights you have over your data.
Effective May 30, 2026
1. Who we are
Epic Dreams AI Solutions LLC ("Epic Dreams," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI business automation company organized in Wyoming. Our registered mailing address is 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 #979575 Cheyenne WY 82001.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit epicdreamsaisolutions.com, contact us, or use our services. If you have questions, email us at admin@epicdreamsassetmanagement.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and operate our business. This falls into three categories:
- Information you provide: your name, business email, company, phone number, industry, and the details you share when you submit a contact or consultation form, request a demo, or correspond with us.
- Payment and billing information: when you purchase services, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we receive limited billing details and transaction confirmations needed for invoicing and account management.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit our site we may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs through server logs and privacy-conscious analytics.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the consultations, demos, and services you request.
- Set up, deliver, support, and improve our AI automation services.
- Process payments, send invoices, and manage your account.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Send service updates and, where permitted, relevant business communications you can opt out of at any time.
4. How we handle data in AI systems
We build human-first AI systems with governance at the core. Client data processed through our automations is used to deliver the service you have engaged us for — and for that purpose only.
We do not sell your data. We do not use client or customer personal data to train third-party foundation models, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising. Where AI processing is involved, we apply data-minimization, access controls, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop review consistent with the safeguards described on our Responsible AI and Trust pages.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed. These include:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website and applications.
- Stripe, our payment processor, for billing and fraud prevention.
- Communication and productivity tools we use to respond to and serve clients.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site function and may use limited analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) have corresponding rights under data-protection law.
To exercise any right, email admin@epicdreamsassetmanagement.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. International data transfers
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where required.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and the law evolve. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
